I booked a trip to the Balkan in 2011 on Bestway Tours, total price approx. $11,000. Due to a major illness in the immediate family I had to cancel 30 prior to departure. I provided detail proof of the hospitalization to Bestway Tours. When I called Bestway Tours to reschedule the same trip in 2012 I was told "ain't our problem, there is no rebooking" Bestway Tours kept the entire $9,500 land porton of the tour. No reschedule, no refund! In addition, since Bestway Tours purchased my plane ticket via Delta Airlines I have been told, by Delta Airlines, that only Bestway Tours can rebook the flt. I have a confirmation number & a hard copy of my ticket. Since I have refused to rebook the Balkans trip with Bestway Tours, for an additional $9,500, Bestway Tours is refusing to asst.in rebooking the flt. How is that for a double ripoff!
