I purchased a warranty with Ultra Shield in 2007 through a furniture store locally who has since closed. I called for the first time today regarding an issue with the arm of the sofa, a relatively small burn, and was told because there were some other tiny imperfections on the arm, the burn wasn't covered. I simply don't understand their reasoning and as many times as they slowly explained it to me, I still don't see what the other imperfections have to do with the burn I was calling about. Apparently, now that whole side of the sofa isn't covered because I called to make a claim.
