I put a claim in and took them 7 months before it was fixed. The company didn't even fix the issue the furniture department store apologized and stated that they have issues with this company all the time and ended up replacing the burns for them. I tried placing another claim after 5 days of calling every day I finally reached an individual. They stated that I would hear from them shortly. I received a letter stating that due to cigarette burns being multiple that it can't be replaced.
I am trying to reach someone to discuss the letter and no one is available to talk to me. The letter states since there are multiple burns the claim is denied. The warranty clearly states it covers cigarette burns not burn but burns
