Ultra Shield
Another warranty rip-off

I paid for a 10 year warranty on fabric protection fro Ultra Shield. I called them less than 24 hrs after the stain occurred. On their pamphlet it said that pet bodily fluids are covered. When I called and explained the stain and situation that happened to my couch cushions, I was put on hold and then told that that particular damage wasn't covered under the warranty. I believe that pet vomit is a bodily fluid and should be covered. They are in the practice of taking consumers money and then finding a way of not covering the agreement. Now I have a damaged cushion and a lying company to deal with
