I called company of my complaint of what was wrong with the furniture I purchased from Week-ends, which is where I bought a 7 yr. Warranty. Ultra Shield is place you call for warranty.
I explained to them the problem I had with the furniture and they said do to the fact I had reported a similar problem back last year with the same [piece it was not covered on warranty.
It was not same problem I had they are just trying to get out of paying for the furniture being repaired. I am very upset with them and I will never buy a warranty from them again.
Rip off rip off.
