I was told by Virgin Mobile that when on their site, it entered this mobile messaging site, and the automatically charge you $9.99 for the service, and they keep sending me text messages, and each time. 10 is deducted as well. Virgin Mobile gave me the phone # 800-235-7105 to calll to cancel it. It is an automated service which tells you to enter your cell # and the service will be cancelled. I was able to get to a voice mail system, with which I left a home phone# and email address as well, telling them to get back to me, and
confirm that I will be credited all those deductions. So far I have heard back nothing, and my account with Virgin mobile still shows those deductions. My account also shows another text message deduction dated 5/13, the day I called to cancel the service. I tried to disable the messaging service on the Virgin Mobile site, but I not sure it worked. I would not recommend Virgin Mobile to anyone, everyone beware...
