Worlds worst phone and service

I bought virgin mobiles phone xtc for 90.00 not including minutes on jan 9 charged it and activated it on the 11th. I had previously had a net 10 phone for 3 yrs and was informed it would not be a problem switching over my number. This was a mistake it took 2 days to realize I was not receiving calls. I could call out send and receive text but not receive calls. It took two weeks calling every two days, as instructed by the numerous techs I spoke to, to find out the number was not completely transferred over. Not unlike everyone else on the planet i rely on my phone. I have two jobs and three boys and each time i called virgin mobile i was without a phone for two days at a time not able to text or call. This has truly been a horrible experience and I would never recommend virgin mobile to anyone
