Virgin mobile sold me a phone that did not work. I returned it and bought a second phone. This phone did also not work correctly. This phone has been warranty exchanged more than 3 times in a month, and now the porblem appears to be both the phone and their over capacity network. Sprint owns the network and runs over 5 other brands on the same network.
Virgin Mobile says " it is normal to not be able to make or receive calls during peak hours" and the also claim " we never told anyone that the network would work correctly" They also claim " during peak hours and days you may not be able to access the network at all"
Buyers beware! If you want missed phone calls, 3 hour old voice mails, lost text, and if you dont want to use text, web, or talk then this phone is perfect. And good luck contacting their customer service they dont speak fricking english i had to call to their office in New Jersey just to get someone that spoke english well enough to understand.
Bottom line Dont get virgin not worth the 60$ a month for very limited service.
