Genuineuggaustralia.com sold what it purported to be a pair of genuine Ugg boots. What was delivered was an obvious fake. Authentic looking labels and sole but clearly manmade lining. No customer service.
This fraudulent seller strongly encourages the use of Paypal to ensure security. At the time, I found this encouraging.in fact, Paypal will not rescind payment or advocate for a buyer in any way in these circumstances. As long as something was delivered to buyer, Paypal policy is to ignore the fact that something substantially different or something clearly fraudulent was delivered. Even uder circumstances of clear fraud, Paypal will not investigate or withhold future payments to this seller. This fraudulent seller is using Paypal policy to lull consumers into a sense of security while in fact, using Paypal policy to ensure it receives payment.
