On April 10, I sent payment of $12.00 via Paypal, for item 6521333760. The payment transaction is as follows:

It seems Ms. Taylor also used an e-mail address from the University of Wyoming and used this e-mail address to sell items during her 4 year tenure at this college. It appears she sold her last item and disappeared.
The item I won was never delivered. I filed a complaint with E-Bay and Paypal. E-Bay refuses to respond to my complaint and here is the response from Paypal:
Dear Steven,
After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer Complaint described below.
We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.
We will make our best effort to recover the funds in question if they become available in the seller's account in the future. Please be assured that we will also take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges.
So, with all of the advertisement by E-Bay and Paypal, you still get ripped off. Ms. Taylor closed her paypal account and ran with the merchansise and money. This is a wonderful scam. You can sell fake items on e-bay, set up a paypal account, get paid and close your account so that you cannot be touched.
I used a debit card, so the bank can't do anything.
