On December 10th I bought an xbox 360 console for my boy like a Holiday present. Holiday day as my boy attempted for connecting the ac adaptor towards the system he recognized it'd not place. 24 hours later I talked to xbox 360 console customer support and described the issue, They questioned me for that sequential number about the back of the xbox360 and that I was directed to come back or trade Them where I'd bought it. On December 27th I visited wal mart to either trade or get my cash back. Customer support then believed to me that used to do not buy this xbox 360 console at their store and that I told them yes I did so listed here is my bill, and customer support continued informing me the sequential number about the system wasn't from their website. I had been completely annoyed in the proven fact that wal mart statements that I created this xbox 360 console purchase else-where.
The store manager was named and rudely pressed the container over the table and stated whenever you provide us the best system we will provide you with your cash so please keep the shop. I stood back and respond this is actually the Product I bought below on December 10, then your store supervisor stated you are not obtaining a reimbursement this isn't our Product "abandon the store" and I responded phone Law Enforcement since I am not departing till I obtain a reimbursement or Trade the store supervisor stated Ok we shall contact Law Enforcement and also have you escorted out the store. Once the officer came and we clarify the problem, then he got on telephone also it works out this system was offered sometime back elsewhere.
Then I had been requested to depart the shop from the Officer. After I got house totally embarrassed and annoyed on what only occurred, I instantly named xbox360 customer support and described what simply continued, customer support examined the sequential number also it works out the xbox360 system is restored and it has no Guarantee. Please Support fixed this issue. I settled 370.92 for A Product which was restored and loaded as new. Our boy today doesn't have Holiday present and that Iam 370.92 brief.
