Terrible customer service

We bought a Microsoft xbox 360 console in June for the boy. Earlier this weekend it ceased operating and began sporting 3 red lights. The shop we bought it from knowledgeable people the guarantee on that one probelm have been expanded in one year to 3 years. I named Microsoft today to discover ways to get the system changed and was informed they'll just restore the machine. Obviously the place is someplace within the area and we've to send the machine for them, that'll get approximately. 30 days. I simply purchased Guitar Hero for Xbox 360 Console for my boy for Holiday which he wont actually have the ability to play today.
