I really like TJ Maxx. I'd prefer to declare I'll not store there again but I understand I'll with the bargains. I wil not store in the Plattsburg shop again. The store-manager at that shop has determined that subsequent corporate plan isn't on her. Last holiday I bought a container of chocolate and quit the labels on also it was still covered. I'd the reciept also it was 8 nights later after I delivered. I had been refused the return using the declaration they didn't return foods. I expected to determine where published. It wasn't. Then it had been "nicely that's periodic " I questioned where it had been published that periodic not returnable. It wasn't. I named customer support from shop plus they mentioned" that indeed meals was returnable when covered plus they do get back periodic merchandise." this is to get a 7.99 product I really could not think it. The clear answer was for me personally to send back them to corporate receive a complete reimbursement for item and delivery along with a certificut. I had been informed they couldn't create the supervisor get back return however they might. Doesn't appear to be customer support is successful in my experience.
Becomes better next. I received a personal gift from my spouse of the set of ocean sandals 11 bucks. Good deal but used to do nothing like shade and that I only got another set week before he didn't learn about. The label was detached and affixed to reciept. Visited reunite and got the "we-don't get back periodic product" Again I questioned where's this reported? Our reciept plainly mentioned withing thirty days complete reimbursement and also the product was still on ledge. It'd been 12 times. The cashier mentioned that her supervisor said she couldn't get back that she'd to hear her which it didn't matter exactly what the reciept stated. I requested to talk to supervisor and another associate supervisor stated she might get back this time around but scolded me and stated that it had been a-one period only issue. Simply wished to reveal this awful support.
