This is plain and simple! I had Purchased a Xbox360 in 5-09-07 with a 2 year extended Service plan the Cost was $ 54.99. This would kick in after the factory warrenty was over, BUT "I was told by the Game Specialist (STEVE) that if my console goes bad just bring it back to the store instead of Mailing it to Xbox Support., I did like the Concept so I purchase the service contract." " GET THIS" I returned to the Game Crazy shop with my xbox360 one year and 3 month later. I was told by another employee that I must wait until the factory warrenty was over then they would honor the contract or that I should call Xbox Support for Help. So I did attemp to do so, BUT What I was told by xbox tech was that " I should return the unit to the place where I bought it for replacement or service. So what I did was waited until the factory warrenty was over and headed to GAME CRAZY and to my SURPRISE """CLOSE OUT OF BUSINESS"""""" WOW What a SHOCKER""""" ALIANS TOOK THE BEST GAMER STORE EVER!!! NOW What happens to my Investment $??? Their was no notices or warnings that would allow the public to respond quicky and try to get some sort of credit or refund.
