I am a former employee of Black Box Technologies and they have shown me how people can rip off insurance agents. This company promises every insurance agents dream: hundreds of people lined up to buy their insurance policies. They sell appointments and live transfers. There is just one problem this company has no physical address. It has a PO Box and the CEO and his partner are simply getting agents to send them money and then they are having operators in the phillipines who can barely speak english set appointments. Its the worst and most pathetic thing I've ever seen. To top it off them are using stolen data from the last company they worked for to call and they will do anything in their power to deliver the lead and once it comes over they don't care any more. They promise that every appointment or transfer or lead is guaranteed to be someone ready willing and interested in buying their product. But, this is 100% not true. The typical script they use for seniors is to represent themselves as AARP to get the seniors to feel safe and then they just ask a few questions about medicare and then something like this, " are you interested in saving money on your medicare supplements?" if they say yes (who wouldn't) thats what they consider an appointment. So as you see they don't qualify anything, they don't get real prospects they just send over fake prequalified appointments and they tell the agents that if they can't close them that they are weak. The only think weak is Black Box Technologies. Black Box Technologies has also been ripping people off for several years. I got suspicious when i started receiving calls from collection agencies asking for the CEO by name at my home office. They said that the owed the company money and never deliverred a single lead. When i asked the ceo he said buyers are liars. I bought it hook line and sinker. But when I heard that he was going to just send one of our biggest clients 400 live transfers in one week of, "anyone who listens for more than 45 seconds" as a qualifying condition I lost it and handed in my resignation. This company is a sham. Its run by two con men Mark Wofford and Brendan Mooney and they deserve to get their business shut down and thats exactly what the feds will do to them once they receive my report. Stay away from this company they are nothing but thieves and liars. I know this, I worked with them and believed everything they said until they finally showed their true colors. I'm currently on a mission to make sure no one gets ripped off by these guys ever again.
