As a hard working manager of annuity and life agents, I was looking for ways to better our income and production.
Annuity Agents, Inc. Seemed to be the right fit because the salesman, David Morgan, said they sent out information sheets to seniors to find out who is actually interested in a better rate or having someone come by to see them to talk about annuities and there job was to simply call the interested seniors and set appointments for the agent.
It sure sounded good! Too good. It absolutely doesn't happen that way.
I've been on ten or so appointments and not one person knew what I was there for. Some said they've talked to no one and some don't even have portfolios and are living in nursing homes.
Annuity agents will replace the interview, but with another bogus interview.
I've asked for the information flyer they said they send out to seniors, but for some reason they can't get that to me. I've also asked for the call script they use to set up appointments, but they can't get that to me either.
In my opinion, Annuity Agents simply have a list of seniors in an area and call with all kind of tricks to get an appointment. Some of their tactics are: someone needs to come by and have you sign a piece of paper, someone needs to come by and drop off information about your current portfolio and most cases they never mention that an agent will be by expecting to sit down with them and have an interview.
I've requested my money back and they also give me all kinds of excuses on why they can't seem to get my money to me.
They are just another internet ripp-off program taking advantage of the working class people of this country. They are a disgrace to society and should have to pay for their scams.
