This in regards to the way National Agents Alliance of Burlington, NC is selling their leads to agents. I am very disgusted with the way the company sell their leads. First of all an agent has to order the lead from his/her manager who then places the order, which comes out of one's checking account.
My concerns have been mounting on a daily basis. First of all these leads are not cheap. For the July and August I have had over $1,000 come out of my account for leads, and so far I have had over 20 appointments for August and every single one of these clients had already purchased insurance from one of our agents.
The other problem with these leads is a lot of the people are over 80 years old, and that means these people cannot get insurance, so there goes the lead, or they are overweight. Now all of this information is listed on the lead so how can they sell these leads, as once you purchase these leads, you cannot return them for your money or get credit.
My question is: Why do we have to purchase the leads from the manager? How am are we the agents to know if he/she has not used those leads and give us while they are no good. Why can't the company sell the leads directely to the agents. And how is it a company that is expanding so fast not have a system where they can tell if these leads have been used or sold to other agents? As far as I can see National Agents Alliance is a leads brokerage company with multi-level marketing attached to the end.
Someone should do something about this company.
The company is already making millions of dollars on their events. There is one coming up in Atlanta and the cost per person is $800 which does not include hotel or flight. One meal per day is provided. Talk about A RIP-OFF COMPANY.
