I called to inquire about purchasing pre-set appointments for a Chronic Illness product for Seniors. I was told by Brenda Myers that they would not set up any appointments with senior citizens who had the same company that I represent, "Group Insurance" from work and they would have both Medicare A & B.
I ordered 20 appointments at a cost of $660.00 and paid it up front with a money order. They would not take a credit card. I was to receive 5
appointments on Thursday 5 Friday 5 Saturday and 5 Monday. On Thursday I received 5 appointments.
I ran these appointments and of the 5 appointments 3 had the company I represent, 1 wasn't home and 1 had "Group Insurance" from retiring with the Electric company. On Friday I received another 5 and ran the appointments. 2 had the company I represent, 1 had "Group Insurance with the State of Texas 1 had no part "B" of Medicare and 1 the lady who answered was totally incoherent.
I did not receive my Saturday appointments. I received 5 Monday appointments and ran them. 2 had the company I represent 1 the guy who answered said the person I had an appointment with "Billy Gullion" had moved out of state 6 months ago, 1 had "Group Insurance" from work and 1 the person answered the door was totally incoherent. The company refuses to refund my money. They will only replace the appointments with more garbage appointments which are useless to me.
When I first called the company they assured me they screen the appointments for the company I represent, Group Insurance from their employer and they will have both Medicare parts A & B which was a total lie.
I have been in the insurance business for over 25 years and have used many different lead companies. This is the worst I have ever used! They also represent they have a regular office with a "suite #" in their address. I went there and it is a UPS po box type address. I would never do business with a company without a physical address.
When I called and asked to speak to the owner of the company. I was told by Brenda Myers an employee that the owner doesn't accept calls from customers. "Buyer Beware"
And forget communicating with Dick Hunter. He lies and is a sarcastic jerk.
