2 years back we bought a kenmore washer, settled $1000.00 for this, just 24 months later the equipment beginning building sound. Demand service and on 8/27/09 american great river arrived and said the bearings were poor. Therefore another $320.26 he ordered the component. Therefore on 9/8/09 western great lakes came out and said i can't fix the washer lots of other things wrong with it. Therefore he bought more parts and we'd an appt. Scheduled for friday 9/18/09, today they called and canceled since they didn't have 2 specialists. Today we're very disappointed. To begin with, we invest $1000.00 for something to go south just after 24 months, and today we can not obtain someout here to repair it. It has been happening since 8/27/09.By at this time, i'll not buy anymore from sears. I've been buying all your devices at sears for a long time, today i'll definatly not purcahse anymore. I'll take my business elsewhere. We now have an appointment scheduled for tuesday 9/22/09. I'm very unhappy with this service and item.
