My problems with T-mobile began in May.
First of all, the service has always been crappy-I could never get a consistent calling routine. I would get nothing to happen-no sound when I was calling out. It has been like this since day one.
Second problem, The battery in the phone last approximatly one hour! Thats it. I then tried to replace this phone with a different kind. Obviously, this phone sucked. They would only send me the same one. Well, needless to say, that one sucked. They sent me another one of the same style! How dumb do you have to be? They would not upgrade the phone b/c I had not been with them a year.
So, after constant battle with the crappy service, it leads to problem #3: Because I did not return the phone in time (whatever TIME that was), they charged me $200 for a replacement/restocking fee. Even though this was a FREE phone. I did send the phone back and another phone back since then. (they forgot to charge me for the first crappy phone they sent) Customer Service told me they would contact me when the phone was received. Of course, they did not.
Since I mailed in the phone, they have still charged me the fee and tell me they did not get the phones back. They also have turned off my phone b/c I refuse to pay for a phone that HAS BEEN mailed back. I have been around with many service reps-they are all liars-not trained to make a customer happy. One told me just to pay whatever I wanted on the bill.
Needless to say, I will be reporting then to the BBB. I am tired of being treated like a piece of crap. They never ever tried to listen to what I was saying. I was with Sprint before hand and will go back to them. Thank God my one year of service is up!
After reading all the complaints-alot similar to this one-I am sure this company will be out of business before long.
