Yolo county child protective services took my 3 year old native american son back in april and were supposed to follow the indian child welfare act guidelines of 1978 but they did not the cps workers lied and blew up all their rewports when on the witness stand and who is the judge going to believe there were alot of the allegations wiped off the records but still the judge basha did not follow iwca guidelines. He let the cps dept. Have more time to get witnesses when he ordered them to have the witness on the next monday they did not have one until a month later in court invalidation was called on a good cause item and by the guidelines the judge was supposed to set aside reverse or start over the proceedings but he continued. They even held a court proceeding without me the parent and without giving notice and passed some orders. And the judge wont let me visit my son. These people have to be dealt with accordingly.
