Limestone County DHR failed to to follow up in a case dated 1993 and in their own records Judge Anderson removes the child due to abuse, admitted in the DHR's report and a failed lie dectector test administered by a Limestone County Deputy who it is also stated was going to file a seperate petition on the grounds of physical abuse againest the step-father. This now again step father has another step-son in his home. When brought to the attention of DHR they say they have no idea what we are talking about. Mind you there are records. While in another court case of DHR for child support Jeanie Garth of Limestone County DHR asked another Judge in Limestone to ban a parent from seeking custody of a minor child anymore. This was a child support issue not a custody issue. The parent with custody has moved 12 times within the past three years and this is stability, at least one made the paper which was a forecloure the non-custodial parent read about in the news paper. The custodial parent has two guilty pleas for harassing the X-spouses current spouse and filed a false police report that was dropped in court by witness. Note this person did not show up after filing the false report, in court.
To see a DHR worker you must first go in and fill out a form, then wait for them to send you a letter with and appointment. If you can not make the appointment you have to start all over, you can not talk to them by phone they will not take calls, yet we are paying them as State works and there is no recourse. Judge Craig is really missed in Limestone County. When you become disabled and tell Child enforcement of Limestone County they still send you letters stating you need to pay even if you have ZERO income and it's recorded with the Circut Court and Mr. Charles Page's office.
Limestone County appears to be above the law. I have hear the other story about Limestone has been court ordered to be removed. For the record I have no case in Limestone or any other county, I am appalled at the lies DHR tells in court and out of court. I am amazed that a step father can be guilty of physical abuse and still be allowed to be another step son. There are records of everything I am stating here.
