I (pro se) went before Judge Lori Christian in a Child Custody dispute having photographic evidence of my child living with 2 paramours. Judge Lori Christian stated this was okay and it was NONE of my business. Judge Lori Christian refused to look at my evidence. Then, Judge Lori Christian personally attacked me. Threatened me with being arrested. After she stated I did not love my daughter, she stripped my of all my parental rights and subjected me to "mediated visitation." At $60/visit this program helps employ social workers in Wake County.
As some are fast to point out, I am paying child support.
Judge Christian's decision was motivated by political ties that Judge Christian forged with Wake County social services programs. Judge Christian refused to investigate the welfare status of the child. Judge Christian legally separated my daughter from me.
Judge Lori Christian is seeking re-election.
