After 4 years of filing several motions and going to several court hearings to receive child support from my ex-husband, Judge Daniel Klossner ruled against me to receive back child support, stating that too much time had passed, wheras, it wasn't I who took 4 years to make up my mind, but the courts.
As soon as I filed for Welfare, it went before a different Judge and I am now receiving $92/wk. For my daughter who is now a Senior in High School.
Judge Klossner put my daughter and I on a 4 year nightmare, (very long story.)
As it turns out, my ex-husbands attorney and Judge Klossner are not only "drinking buddies" but also golf together. (The good ole boys.) This same Judge has been picked up on more than 1 occassion for drunk driving, and still has the authority to imprison people for exactly what he is guilty of. To the publics knowledge this Judge was never reprimanded for his poor judgement.
