My wife signed a contract with a door to door salesman for The Spiderman Pest Control on or around June 24, I thought it was way overpriced (around $400 per year), but I was willing to give them a try because we could cancel within 3 days of the contract. They were supposed to show up between 9 and 11 the next day and they no showed the appointment, so I called Matt Flanders (the owner) and canceled our contract. Then a week later I was charged $50 through my bank account, I called and complianed to Matt, who said he would take care of it and I still have not been refunded.
