I had a contract signed on 5/29 for 1 year of pest control services with Green Pest Services. On 6/13, I came up my drive way and the Green Pest service person was sitting in his car talking on a phone, he hang up to give me a invoice saying that he has completed a service and that I owe $120.00 dollars for quarterly service. I informed him that the service I've been getting has not worked, I still have issues with pest control, and the contract was over. I called the company and informed I didn't like the service and asked stop charging my credit card for the service. After the conversation, I looked at the invoice and it stated that he worked for 15 minutes, I wonder if that is the case. I don't know what kind of thorough service you can do in 15 minutes and I'm not quite sure if any work was done. They have sent me a bill for $120 and I don't believe I should be obligated to pay for a service that I have not requested to continue!
