A salesman came to my home last summer and stated PREVENTIVE PEST CONTROL would come to my home 3 times for an "initial" treatment being about 4 weeks apart. When they did not show up... I called and spoke to the manager in the SA office. He told me "I misunderstood" the service.
I had PREVENTIVE PEST CONTROL service my home 3 times. EACH time they "serviced" my home... I had to call them back out because they did a crappy job. The first time the "professional" sprayed my backyard and porch... He sprayed chemicals into my dogs food bowls and water dishes. (Obviously he did not care or was not properly trained).
After my 4th time of having PREVENTIVE PEST CONTROL complete a "maintenance" treatment and having to call them back out AGAIN, I chose to cancel our service.
To my calcuations, PREVENTIVE PEST CONTROL was paid for 4 treatments on my home. When I cancelled my service, I got a "cancellation fee" added to my account because I only used PREVENTIVE PEST CONTROL 4 out of 7 times. Hello people... If you would have serviced my home 3 times initially instead of 1 time like i was originally quoted... That would pretty much have wiped my contract out. Preventive... Do the math... BI-MONTHLY SERVICE DOES NOT EQUAL 7.
Preventive pest control is a rip off.
