Beware of this company selling their pest control services door-to-door (solicitors). Their sales people talk you into trying their service and then require you to sign an agreement with a "2 year" commitment AND most grievous is that if you don't like their service, you have to pay a 60% cancellation fee for ALL scheduled services (for 2 years). They applied their first spray and our dogs became sick. We tried to cancel the service and they hit us with a $450 cancellation charge. We've used well-known name brand pest control services like Terminix and Orkin. If you don't like their services you can cancel at anytime.
I discovered that I'm not alone in my complaint. The parent company Edge Pest Control of Denver, CO has 27 complaints at the Better Business Bureau from customers and the ones I read sound just like my case... Don't sign their bogus agreement or you too will get a different kind of unwanted "pest" (the company).
