We were approached at our door by what appeared to be a "nice guy" outdoor salesman. This salesman said he was with a reputtable company - SafeGuard Pest Control. Well, his smooth talking pitch deceived us. He stated that a one-time pest control spray of our home was "just $45.00 beacuse your other neighbors are having this service as well".
He also stated that if we were not not satisfied with our service, that we would get a 100% refund. Let me tell you that nothing was farther from the truth. What we got was a poor pest treatment and misery. There is no 100% refund policy and to make matters worse, the salesman actually enrolled us into a 1-year contract and intentionally did not make us aware of this.
When we contacted the manager, all we got was a run around. Some young 18yr old new manager without a clue as to manage a business. So, do yourself a favor. And this applies to ANY outside door knocking salepeople.
Do Not Buy Anything From Them, They Will Eventually Just Go Away!!!
