Charter offers a bundle package of 118.97 for internet, phone and cable. They tell you its a 2 year deal. You get 30 days free trial. After that it is 150.00 to cancel. No contract comes in the mail, nothing is signed. The first bill does not come until 45 days into service. This is where they get you. The bill is far more than what you are told (you can guess on taxes). Many hidden fees. I called and complained and they try to tell me if I cancel now I have to pay 150.00. I said no I do not, I have nothing in writing and I didn't even get a bill for 45 days. You can take your rip off crap and shove it. You will have to take me to court to get that 150.00. I just want to be sure people are aware of this ripoff. Do not get the Charter bundle you will be sorry you did. I still have to figure out what I will do now. I wish I would have looked into it a lot more before signing up.
