I have had Charter Tv since they bought out Sammon Communications but just this year we decided to combine telephone internet and Tv because it was a special of 89.97 a month for the bundle. We were already paying 72.63 a month for just the basic and expanded basic tv services. I was told I didn't have to get any more chanels and for the next year our service would be 89.97 for the bundle. When my first bill arrived in February it was 199. I called to get it straightened out and was rudely treated and that they would call me back to let me know it was straightened out but noone ever called. I have never been late with my bill and I do not order any movies or extra services but they will not straighten out the bill. Aren't I entitled to the price I was quoted when I signed up?
