Today's date is July 14th. Received a letter from Corporate Business Bureau which cited California Corporations codes and looked like a bill from the state of Calif. The letter offered corporate minutes and directors disclosure statements for an annual fee of $150.00. It looks like this company has been around for a while but is still active.
