They send a letter that looks like an official letter from the State Capital for updating corporate shareholder list. They require $125 in check or by credit card. They then send you a very incomplete notebook with three pages of "Corporate Minutes". These "minutes" do not even come close to fulfilling the requirements of corporate minutes. While a renewal of a corporate license is required, it is not by this company. They make themselves look official when they are not. Be careful, read the fine print! This is not a report that is needed. This company should be put out of business.
