This company keeps on taking my money without authority

It has taen a lot of time and a lot of trouble to get this money to refund money to my account - I had to enslist the help of my bank.

To be fair they refunded some transactions in May and assured my everything was cancelled. Reluctantly I agreed.

Now, in June they have taken more money from my account - even though the card has been cancelled and a new one issued.

I sent an email to [email protected] and after 3 attempts of the email being undeleiverable I gave up.

Why is a company hiding behind a fake email address? I am sure you can make your own judgement!

I then contacted thier live customer support to ask them about the email address. I have copied and pasted some of the conversation below.

It speaks for itself. Avoid this company at all costs!

(Sorry for some bad language and the typos in this so if easily offended do not read).
