Simple enough to say. I visited an adult web site (an all access) for $0.00, but credit card information was needed to confirm age. I get an email 8hrs later saying a charge to my account of $39.97 was payment for one month all-access to the site I had visited. I immediately went back on line to check into this matter, only to find that it was the site advertising for "age verification only".
I contacted ZELDASUPPORT, and the page warned me that if I tried to charge back this amount that they would "black ball" me from any online use of my credit card. I informed this company by email that the use of a credit card for age verification does not constitute enrollment, and that I wanted this charge to be removed immediately. It was not.
Finnally, I (by phone) was able to contact ZELDASUPPORT, and again told them that I had not asked for membership. She assured me that it would be cancelled. Thecharge remains on my account today, and now I must deal with my bank on this matter.
Caution to all. Do not for any reason give out your personal information for "verification only puposes". I can almost assure you that the same delima will happen to you.
