1stcourt.com took me for $29.99. They did not follow through on their promise with their website. Their website is where you can look up information on people, such as back ground checks, etc. There is no way to contact the company to request the refund they say you can get if not completely satisified.
This is what their email says but when you email them it will not go through. You will get a return receipt in your email saying email failed.
