Debit Card Refund

I returned an item to Sears that I paid for with a debit card on Sun. 6/7 for $106.00. Here it is Sun. 6/14 & my acc't was still no credited with the $106.00. I wouldn't be so annoyed if the item was $9.99 but to be waiting over a week for MY $106.00 is a rip-off. Sears is using my money. After 4 generations of loyal Sears shoppers I have to say see ya. The agent at the site says store policy.

You have to wait 3-5 Days Which have come & gone). The person at the store says 7-10 days wait. The funds were immediataly taken out of my bank acc't. Why the wait. The person at the store sounded like he couldn't care less. He tried to shift the blame to me. Monday morning I'm notifing every NJ State agency. My word to Sears Shoppers: DO NOT PAY WITH A DEBIT CARD. I am now a shopper.
