After calling the call center at sears to find out if an electric range was in stock at the colonial hgts store, iwas told it was in stock. I was also told that i need not wait intil it went on sale at 6 oclock that evening, i could order it now and save an additional 20.00 dollars, and i could pick up the range within the hour. I gave the lady my debit card enfo and was told it was a go. I arrived at the pik up location at sears only to find out it was not in stock, and i would have to order it again at the store. Now they have money for the first order so i had to come back to the store at 6pm in order to get the range at the sale price. Iasked about my refund on the first order only tobe told i would have to wait 5 to seven days, on top of that my second order wont be dilevered until yhr 15th. It took them 5 seconds to take my money but up to seven days to refund it that sucks. I have giver them a total of 1100.00 dollars and dont have anything to show for it. I will never do busines with sears again
