I bought a TV at Sears.com to be picked up at the Silver Spring, MD store. When I arrived at the store, the TV was not available for no apparent reason. They ordered a new TV to be delivered to my house. Tv never arrived. I have been trying to contact someone at Sears for the last 2 days to get my refund with NO LUCK. NEVER, NEVER buy anything at SEARS.
