Kathryn Price And Sarah Combs Wrongful termination, false accusations, mistreatment of employees and sexual harassment at Dolce Salon and Spa

As a mother of a wrongfully dismissed employee, I feel the need to let others know that Dolce Salon and Spa is not the place to go for employment or services.

My daughter was a very hard-working, dedicated employee who has had a very successful history in managing salons. She was hired at Dolce as a Client Coordinator.

My daughter got her lip waxed at Dolce, which costs an employee $5. While she was in the middle of the service, Tessa Love came in and said that they were closing the register early and they would put the $5 charge on my daughters account. Two days later, Kathryn Prince fired my daughter for "stealing from the company." Kathryn is very judgmental, as well as most of the employees at Dolce. The real reason that my daughter was fired is because Kathryn was on a power trip to feed her self-serving ego and she felt threatened by my daughter. Kathryn once commented that my daughter's hand-writing was not good enough and that she was not allowed to write any Dolce documents.

Kathryn tried to force my daughter into signing a statement that she was stealing from the company. She has never stolen anything from anybody. My daughter then confronted Sarah Combs, Kathryn's boss, about the situation. Sarah laughed at my daughter and said Arizona was a right to work state and they can fire anybody for anything.

My daughter was subjected to the elicit sexual exploits of a gay employee named David Boley who purposely left his diary for everyone to read. All of the directors, including the head director of the salon Kathryn Prince, knew that this diary was purposely left out for public viewing. The diary included some of the most detailed and vulgar descriptions of his sexual activities with other gay individuals.

My daughter would talk to customers on the phone while employees were yelling "VAGINA" and other obscenities continuously. Dolce's clients would get very upset when they would hear this over the phone. When my daughter tried to address the situation with a director they would completely blow it off. They could care less about the customer concerns.

We are filing an EEO complaint and have retained an attorney. If there is anyone who has been wronged by Dolce that would like to file a joint lawsuit, please let us know, as we have 2 others filing.
