My daughter received a perm at the Lebanon, TN salon by Brandy and it was the worst experience of my daughter's life. This beautician was unprofessional and caused injury to my daughter's eyes by getting perm solutions in her eyes and not even try to get it out. Brandy also left my daughter many times she had to be reminded by other employees to come back to my daughter to finish her perm. She soaked my daughters shirt so much that my son had to come up to the salon with another shirt. My daughter's perm itself was awful her hair was burnt up probably due to the fact that the solution was left on longer then it was suppose too and I had to pay $52.00 for this awful service. I think your company needs to do a better job watching their employees and how well they provide services to customers. I am very unhappy with this situation and think that Fantastic Sams needs to improve their services.
