Prepaid Visa Card Would Not Activate After Loading $150

I just got a prepaid card from them and just put 150 dollars on it and they will not activate it so I just lost 150 dollars I'm on a fixed income my loss there game so I just stopped going to walmart no more walmart for me or my family even my grilfrend tried to activate it to pat ford
