I purchased a prepaid walmart moneycard, Visa. I was told to activate it and it would be ready for immediate use. It was 305.00 I needed to make purchase immediately. I spoke to activation personel the said the 305.00 was on the prepaid visa and it was ready to use.
My purchase was declined many times. I went on the internet and signed into the account, it let me create the account but said zero dollars was applied. Then each try after gave me invalid account information. I could reach no one on the phone. Where is my 305.00!!!
I called walmart where I purchased the card and main headquarters and was offered 0, NO, resolution to the problem.
I lost over 1000.00 not being able to use the card.
Walmarts only resolution was to cancel the account and hope you get a paper check in 7-10 business days.
Total rip off!!!
