Walmart Visa VISION Prepaid Debit Card
Prepaid Debit Card Could Not Be Activated by Phone or Online

I just purchased this Walmart Prepaid Debit Card so that my customers could pay me for my services by direct deposit.

But when I tried to activate it by phone, the automated dummy, could not understand what I was saying, and I am a phonics teacher of articulation etc...

So I decided to open up my account by computer. Reluctantly, I submitted all of my personal information and submitted it, but the reply kept coming back that my E-mail was incorrect, when in fact it wasn't.

So now I am stuck with a Prepaid Card that I can't use, plus someone has all of my pertinent data.
