I also received a phone call from them (just got off the call)... Making sure that I was the one with the final decision and then trying to force me to accept a 'free cartridge'. I don't know HOW many times I said no, I do NOT want to receive a toner cartridge before I ended up hanging up on him and informing the call center to not forward their calls to me.
The manager (I too was 'handed over' to someone apparently named Roger Daniels) who asked me what would keep me from even trying this cartridge that would save us so much money (since it provided 34K pages instead of my 12K pages)... I simply told him 'being PRESSURED!"
If their product is good, they shouldn't have to hard sell. That's my opinion and experience. Beware!!
