For the past 3 and half years its been one CPS case after another. They all have been open and shut cases and some of the workers didnt even see why they was even doing here.
After my third child was born there has been another case that isnt right in my eyes anyways. They said to have found my husband and i neglative parents, even though they haven taken our kids yet! They are making us go to sevral classes threw this program call FBSS.
It all started when my husband and i had our first child and i was adopted when i was 15 and my ex adopted parents grew very close to my daughter. They have been begging me to give them custidey of her and that three kids were too much for me to handle.
So long story short they are using the state to try and ge cusidey of her. And they went as far as saying i was on drugs, no feeding my kids, locking them in there rooms ect.
Things i would never do ever. And we have passed drug test with flying colors, our home is clean and safe just as if there was three toddlers living in it. Food in the frigde ect.
Well now our invesagion is complet but they want us to comply with other servises.
Well my husband and i had a roomate that needed a place to stay and we known her for over 3 years. She and her boyfriend just had a baby and i didn want to turn them away cuz of the newborn.
Needless to say my husband and i needed to pick up some grociries for dinner and they kids were sick and we had no heat in the car so our roomate voliteard to watch them for a few hours.
When we got back here was a cop car and a bright red truck parked out side our house.
I Though somehing happend to the kids. Right as we walked in door we was hit with amillion questions come to find out the roomate of ours, left our kids in there room and there was poopoo on the walls. Whitch i have known that they would do a little here it was normal for most kids to do this because of the textur.
But nothing prepared me for this...
Well we kicked our roomate out for indangering our kids..
And that was close to 6 months ago and the case is sill going. Come to find out our file was just laying around collecting dust and a few weeks ago a worker from FBSS came by and made arangmens for us to go to the office and start a family plan and goal.
We have to attend parenting class, home making class, psychological sessions, counseling sessions and ECI courses.
When i asked why we have to do all these exra's there replay was simply because they want to find out why my two oldest kids were finger painting with there poo and i tried to explain to them that it was a stage most kids go threw, and that they havent done that in close to 5 and half months we moved them into another room
They are learning to use the toilet, and that the fingur painting issue has been resolved and has been for a while.
But they dont seem to care, and they know about my adoptive family using the system to try to get custidy of my oldest, i even should them letters they droped off in our mail box.
So how is it that all the other prire cases we have had they have diss messed and this one they want to linger on we passed drug test, they have made pop up vistes with out warning, food in he frige, there sleeping area's were good, they are clean and healthy, but because my kids was going though a stage that is completly natrual were being investaged on top of threre knowlage of the adopted family and them know that alot of kids fingur paint at there ages.
And my worker told us when we was in her office to make the goals and plans, she told us that it would be about a week or so before we could enroll in any of the courses, and she would contact us when all the paper work was in oder for us to start making apointments with all the classes.
And she call b$ching us our about missing a class that i didn know we had? And an apontiment with the psychological evalution. Come to find out he didnt even know he was suposed to see us he didnt have any papers or payment or letters nothing from cps and fbss
And with the parenting classes before the worker even came to our home not cps but cps-fbss there is a diffrence, i made a apointment for parenting classes and the worker say that the classes i had enrolled in wasnt go to be relivent for them that i had to go though someone else and the woman i set the apointment up with works in the office and class tha the one cps-fbss wanted me to join
I dont know how i am suposed to do all these things, in what little time we have in the day time my husband works night and i don have a liciens to drive and our car isnt big enough for two adults and three car seats
Plus when the cps worker the first one on this case finished the investagtion she sent to copies of her findings one for me and the other for my husband and it was the wrong allagations and she say thats a mistake so she sent another one out and that too had nothing to do with our case but she said it fell under a catagory.
Why is the state so eager to dip there hands in the cookie jar (a perficly good family and home) when there are rotten eggs (the real victims) out there and nothing is being done with thouse childern...
I am getting physical sick from all this stress, issues, if they want to be asses and take our kids because they can not because they need to but just because why harrass us when the whole thing is about my two oldest kids painting with poo nearly 6 months ago and havent done it since then but yet they want to know why they was doing it in the first place but five minets later say they know it was normal for kids there ages to do that something just dont smell right!
Does the state (cps) fbss have too much time on there hands to play with an is just looking for something to do?
