I ordered a toner cartridge for an HP 2550L color laserjet printer. They sent me a cartridge for an entirely different printer. I called and emailed many times over at least a month. I was promised at least three times that they would immediately send me a shipping label to return the wrong cartridge and at the same time ship out the correct one, but neither was done. I contacted the issuing bank for my debit card, but was told that I cannot file a dispute because I still had the bad cartridge, and that I would have to pay for returning the bad cartridge myself, which I declined to do. It became obvious that they have no intent of making good on the order when after at least 6 phone calls they started repeating the excuses they were giving.
