After being contacted via phone to use one of their "Free" no obligation ink cartridges I conceded to agree.
Just received a call asking how the cartridge worked. I said fine. Was askeds where the cartridge is and I said we recycled it. I was then advised that we were suppose to send it back to them and since we now don't have the cartridge we have to pay for it. I told the girl that I was not aware we had to do this, but she continued to argue that I was told this and infact said that on the package slip it stated this. I asked her who reads packing slips? She responded she did... I told her if I had known that the cartridge had to be returned to not be charged I would of done so, but since I was never told this I was not going to pay for it and asked her to have a manager call me.
Victoria who is mentioned in other complaints called shortly thereafter and proceeded to bully me with the same information. When I got upset with her she told me this was the most umproffessional call. I reponded that what was unproffessional was her companies misrepresentation.
She is sending us the invoice via fax.
