Mother's Day 2009
I am currently unable to visit my Mother and have been unable to see her in 4 years. I actually saved up enough money to send her flowers this Mother's day (A change from just a phone call) and this company took my money and never sent them. After many long hold times, emails and pleading conversations... They gave me mixed messages that it would be delivered and then the next day it wasn't. The flowers never were sent and I feel awful. My mom told me it was no big deal, but it was to me.
This company is just awful. I had a bad feeling about them and should have stuck with my gut. Do not use this website. I found is a much safer and better way to go.
