I ordered flowers for my best friend and two aunts for Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers 10 days before Mother's Day for delivery Wed and Thurs to get ahead of the "rush." My friend's flowers were never delivered. One aunt received a bouquet, BUT it was not anything like the picture on their website. The second aunt received a few flowers in a box, but half were totally dead within 48 hours. I emailed pictures of what was received and the pictures from their website. Late Mother's Day night I received a call from a supervisor. She offered to refund part of the purchase price of the aunt's flowers. I received most, not all, of what was promised. My friend's price was refunded and a complimentary bouquet was delivered on Monday... And you guessed it. It was nothing like the flowere I had ordered. I've used other Internet flower companies and never had a problem. No matter how many coupons From You Flowers sends me, I will never use them again. They ruined my Mother's Day surprise for all three people I tried to send flowers to. Three strikes and your OUT!!!
